The Ulysses Club caters for the needs of the more mature motorcycle rider, in years maybe, but not in outlook. The aim is to provide ways in which older motorcyclists can get together for companionship and mutual support and to show by example that motorcycling can be an enjoyable and practical activity for riders of all ages.

Who can join ? Anyone who is over the age of forty and who holds a current motorcycle license, or who is a regular partner of such a person and over forty is eligible to join. Until you reach the age of fifty when you are considered to be even more mature. Of course both juniors and seniors enjoy the full rights and privileges of membership.

How to join ? Click here and you will be taken to the application form at the national site. Joining this great club attracts a $20.00 joining fee, plus the three yearly subscription for $60.00.

It does help our branch financially if you join with us direct, our interim committee can help and you'll find their details on the committee page here. Or if you'd like to join up via the national link above please just let us know you've done that, so we can have you placed in our local branch records.

The Gold Coast Branch has been around for 19 years and has approx 400 members of all shapes, sizes and speeds. We love to ride and enjoy good company along the way, the more the merrier. The most important thing about our branch, aside from the social aspect, is the riding of motorbikes.

I think we do this balancing act very well. Friendships are made, and you'll find good long term ones.

If you're a motorbike enthusiast or just starting out, get on board, you'll be made most welcome. If you'd like to ride first to see what we are all about no problem, just look at the ride calendar. You don't need to be a member, come and join in the fun.

Why not come along to one of our meetings, the second Monday of each month, the next is 13/10/2008 at the Nerang Bowls Club, Cuyuga Road Nerang. You're welcome to just turn up, meals 6pm for a 7.30 start.
